Description Offers a transitional program for students between ages 18-22 years in collaboration with the Houston Community College. Students are on the college campus and learn independent living and vocational skills to transition from school to the community.

Entrance Criteria Students must have completed all HISD graduation requirements, must be between age 18 – 22 years and be accepted through an application process.
Exit Criteria Students exit after one year of enrollment.
